Competitors will be asked to do a small show which will include a dismount and remount. A mounting block may be used but must be provided by the entrant. No jumping is required. In the interest of Health & Safety there will be ‘no stunts’. The judges are quite capable of seeing how good
the pony/horse is.

RULES & REGULATIONS
1. All jumping classes listed in this schedule will be judged in accordance with the current BSJA rule book. The judges decisions are final in all jumping & showing classes
2. If any person lodges an objection on the day of the show, such an objection should be made in writing, and a £15 deposit paid, to the Secretary with in half an hour of the event. The deposit will be refunded if the objection is sustained.
3. No official on the day of the show accepts responsibility for any loss of or damage to property belonging to competitors, their servants and spectators.
4. Health & Safety - Reasonable precautions will be taken at the event to ensure the health and safety of persons present. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the Organisers and officials or will risk being sent off the Showground.
5. To help with the overall expenses of the show – first aid, judges expenses, helpers, etc. There will be a charge of £2 per rider for the day.
6. Correct riding dress must be worn in the arena. Protective headgear must be worn at all times whilst riding anywhere on the showground, with the safety strap securely fastened.
7. If entries are sent in before the show, please send no money. Pay cash on the day at the pre show rate. Any cheques sent in must have an extra 50p added to them.
8. Rosettes may be withheld if entries are low.
9. IF ANYONE IS FOUND ILL TREATING THEIR HORSE/PONY THEY WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE THE SHOWGROUND IMMEDIATELY.

THE FIRST AID POINT WILL BE THE SHOW JUMPING JUDGES BOX
ALL STALLIONS MUST BE HANDLED BY ADULTS OVER 15 OR RIDDEN BY CAPABLE RIDERS. A JUDGE AND ORGANISER HAS THE RIGHT TO ASK THE STALLION TO BE TAKEN FROM THE SHOWGROUND IF IT IS PROVING UNMANAGEABLE.
